  • Reservations: You may make a reservation through our website or by contacting our locations directly. We strive to honor all reservations, but reserve the right to adjust seating times as needed to accommodate all guests.
  • Orders: Orders placed online, in person, or via phone for dine-in, takeout, or delivery are subject to acceptance by The Union Bar and Grill. We reserve the right to refuse any order or service at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website and in our restaurants are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or gratuities unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of service, and we reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed.

5. Alcohol Policy

In compliance with state laws, The Union Bar and Grill only serves alcoholic beverages to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification is required for alcohol purchases. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who cannot provide proof of age or appears intoxicated.

  • Reservations: If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Orders: Orders for takeout or delivery may be canceled up to the point of preparation. Once food is being prepared, cancellations may not be possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia for the McLean location and the State of Maryland for the Hyattsville location. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the respective states.
